The opportunities for outdoor learning are often overlooked which is a real shame, as there is so much exciting work which can be done in this learning environment! Each school will have different access to outdoor spaces, but lots of sessions can be run with surprisingly little, and even if you have very limited space, with bit of creativity your students will still be able to benefit from learning in the outdoors.
Below are a selection of possible outdoor learning activities which can be delivered individually, combined with other sessions, or used to support previous classroom learning. Although these sessions work best with small class or intervention groups, I’m happy to discuss scaling them up to meet your needs.
If you see something you’re interested in, or want to discuss a bespoke session idea that you would like me to deliver to your students, then please click the button below and get in touch - I look forward to hearing from you!
